Orientation and information
We are constantly working to ensure that you are satisfied with our deliveries. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us, we wish to make the process as uncomplicated as possible for you and ensure that any returned goods are processed quickly.
To enable us to process your returns, we would ask you to please enclose accompanying documents. You can download a return slip further down. You can also enclose copies of delivery notes or order confirmations instead of a return slip. Please divide return shipments containing products from several deliveries in such a way that it is clear which products are from which original delivery.
We pick up goods for you
Should the goods you ordered display a supplier error, we will be happy to collect them from your premises. Please arrange the collection by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or calling us at 02303 9019-0. If you wish to send the goods back to us, we would please ask you not to send the package without postage paid, as we do not accept unpaid shipments. Postage costs (regular shipping by postal or parcel service) will be reimbursed to you once the return has been processed.
If the return is not due to a supplier error, please include a return slip with the returned products. In this case, you will be credited with the goods value minus a 25% handling charge, subject to a minimum deduction of 5.00 EUR for each original order, once the return has been processed (GTC, §11). In this case, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. In this case, you also have the option of having goods collected by us. The costs incurred will be charged to you.
