If your shipment is still not delivered or not delivered in full 3 days after receiving our shipping confirmation, we will take over the communication with the respective carrier and the notification of the lost parcels for you. Please first check the current status of your delivery using the tracking link. You will find this in our e-mail with the subject "Shipping status e-mail" and the INET number of the order. If the tracking link shows that the shipment has been delivered, please check possible internal and surrounding storage locations. If you have issued a drop-off authorization, we cannot clarify the parcel. In these cases, liability lies with the recipient. For parcels delivered to a parcel store, you can find the address and opening hours of the relevant parcel store in the details of the parcel status page of the shipping service provider using the tracking link. If these checks are not successful, please complete, sign and send us the relevant form from your delivery service provider promptly (within 8 days of non-delivery) by e-mail to info@l-shop-team.de. Depending on the deliverer, the usual processing time is 2 to 4 weeks. We will monitor your parcel during this period.
